Once we receive your quote request, our team reviews it based on your order quantity, location, and salon type to provide you with the best possible price. We’ll then send you a detailed quote for confirmation. Once you approve it, we’ll prepare your order and send a secure payment link or invoice for checkout.

3. Do I need an account to request a quote?

You don’t need an account to request a quote, but it’s highly recommended to create one. When you register with Flex Nails, you’ll enjoy exclusive discounts, faster checkout, and access to special salon pricing tailored just for members.

4. Why are prices hidden on the app?

Prices are hidden in the app because they vary based on wholesale level, location, and salon type. To see your best pricing, simply submit a quote request — our team will review your account and provide customized prices for your business.

5. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and order size. Within Alberta, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, e-transfer, PayPal, and in-store pickup payments. Your quote confirmation will include detailed payment instructions.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, returns are accepted for unopened, unused, or broken/defective products. Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Custom or clearance items are non-refundable.
